Service includes checking limits, spring tension, lubrication of tracks and guides, re programming if required, re-allingment of tracks and guides if need be, and a visual inspection of all wear and tear with a report and photos sent through if required! This kind of service hasn’t been seen before in the NT.
Includes FREE smoke detector check to comfirm that smoke detectors comply to NT legislation and Australian Standards (NT legislation requires smoke detectors to be tested every year for rental propertiers but we are giving you as a home owner this bonus free check also!) Our invoice will come advising that the detectors are up to date with batteries changed if required and photographic evidence of the type of detector. Or we will advise on site if replacement is required. Protect your family this dry season with a free smoke detector health check!
