Service Technician - Gates and Roller Doors
Location: Northern Territory
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, with bonuses after probation

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the professionalism of our team, which is why we are the trusted suppliers and installers of Duntech Automation products—the only gate motors in Darwin with locally-stocked parts, engineered to withstand the Top End climate.

Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, repair, and servicing of automatic gate motors, roller doors, and gates of all brands.
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues on-site. including ability to read service manuals.
* Ensuring all work is completed to our exceptional standards of workmanship with documentation completed.
* Providing a high level of customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be a licensed (as required) and experienced technician with a proven track record within this industry. This position is for an experienced technician.
* Possess a strong work ethic and a meticulous attention to detail.
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Have a customer-focused approach and a friendly demeanour.
* Show a desire to grow and develop with our business.
